We’re so happy you’re here, and we’re sorry the item you love is out of stock! We do our best to restock as many pieces as possible, and we always announce restocks on our social media. Use the email notification to get notified if & when that item comes back in stock. Unfortunately, not every item can be restocked — but don’t worry, we launch new arrivals every Friday at 9AM CST, so there’s always something fresh to discover.

Return Policy – One Arrival

We want you to love every item you purchase from One Arrival. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below before sending items back.

Store Credit Only

• All returns will be issued as a digital store credit gift card.
• 
  Refunds to original payment methods are not available at this time.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  
• 
  In original, unworn, unwashed condition.
  
• 
  Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  
• 
  With original tags attached and packing slip included.
  

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back at your expense.

Return Window & Fees

• Returns must be received by us within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
  
• 
  Returns received between days 15–20 will be accepted with a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your store credit.
  
• 
  Returns received after 20 days will not be accepted and must be shipped back to you at your own expense.
  

Final Sale Items – Not Eligible for Return

The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

• Items marked final sale on the product page or packing slip
  
• 
  Items in the SALE category
  
• 
  Accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, pajamas, swimwear, and athletic wear

Due to hygiene standards, bodysuits, leggings, swimwear, and similar items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Shipping & Packaging Guidelines

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  
• 
  We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages—please keep your tracking info!
  

Packaging Instructions:

• Clothing may be returned in the original mailer bag, if available.
  
• 
  Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, placed inside an outer shipping box or mailer. Do not tape or label the shoe box directly.
  
• 
  Returns that arrive without proper outer packaging may be refused and returned to you.
  

Processing Time

• Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed once received.
  
• 
  You will receive an email with your store credit gift card when your return is completed.
  

Color/Pattern Disclaimer

Each item is photographed and described as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting and display differences across devices. Slight variations in color or pattern are not considered defects.
